Do you have order minimums?
No. We accept orders from 1 piece to 10,000+. No minimums, no maximums, whatever the scale of your project, we're glad to help.
What services do you offer?
Custom embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, and vinyl/decals, individually or combined on a single project. See our Custom Services page for details on each.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush options are available, just mention your deadline when you submit your inquiry.
Do you work with businesses, schools, and government agencies?
Yes. We regularly partner with businesses, schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and government agencies, including the US Military, the Denver Police Department, and the City of Arvada.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the inquiry form on our Contact page with details about your project, quantity, and timeline. We respond within 1 business day.
Can I order a custom/personalized gift as an individual?
Absolutely, personalized gifts are one of our favorite projects. Use the "Personal / Custom" tab on our contact form to get started.
Do you ship outside of Colorado?
Yes, we ship across the U.S. Local Arvada/Denver-area customers can also arrange pickup.
What is the 5% giving pledge?
We donate 5% of every sale, both shop purchases and custom orders, to causes we believe in, including Humane Colorado, Feeding America, and the Center for Constitutional Rights.
Can I see samples before a full production run?
Yes, custom samples and proofs are available for larger orders before we run full production.
